URGENT UPDATE:
The Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security is holding a hearing on Senator Peter Durant’s and Rep. Gaskey’s bills to repeal Chapter 135 on Friday, October 31, 2025, along with some 57+/- other firearms bills.
As law abiding Massachusetts firearm license holders, you need to be there in full force.
Before the hearing, there will be a rally on the outside stairs of the State House at 10:30am. Senator Durant, Rep. Gaskey, and Rep. Ken Sweezey will not only be testifying, but they will also be speaking at the rally.
Here is the schedule for Friday, October 31st:
What: Rally for our Rights
Time: 10:30am
Where: Outside State House stairs
What: Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security
Time: 11:30 to 5pm
Where: Gardner Auditorium
While the Committee will be accepting written testimony, we know that having a large crowd has the most impact at the State House. I hope that you will be there for this crucial rally and hearing.
